The Civil Application is filed for serving Respondent No.5 by paper proclamation. Mr.Kakade, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the Bailiff report has been received stating that the summons could not be served on the Respondent No.5 as he was not found on the given address. The address given by the applicants was the same as was given by Respondent No.5 before the authorities.

In view of above submission, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). In addition to the paper proclamation, the applicants shall also serve Respondent No.5 by
RPAD.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
