1] The present Civil Application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Sandip s/o. Bhagwan Kale - appellant no.1D-i by condoning the delay of 793 days in filing the present Civil Application.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant nos.1D-i-a and 1D-i-b are only legal heirs of the deceased Sandip Bhagwan Kale.
