Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, by placing reliance on the order dated 10.12.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 14425 of 2018 [Sudhakar Trimbak Wagh v. Vaibhav Padmakar Wath and Others], seeks liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate efficacious remedy. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the time spent in pursuing the present writ petition may be considered by the revisional authority.

In view of the above, leave granted. The Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate efficacious remedy, as available in law. If the petitioner avails the alternate remedy within four weeks from today, the authority before whom the said remedy is availed shall consider the time spent in pursuing the present writ petition for condonation of delay, if any.
