Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition. Leave granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

So far as the amount of Rs.62,000/- deposited before this Court is concerned, as per the request of the petitioner, the said amount shall be transferred to the District Court at Bhusawal in the pending Special Marriage Petition No. 5 of 2014 (old no. 9 of 2011) and the learned Judge before whom the said Special Marriage Petition is pending, shall pass appropriate orders in respect of the said amount.
