Heard learned counsel for applicants and learned counsel for Respondent-insurance company. In view of the submissions made, following order is passed, -

ORDER

i.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Employee's Compensation Commissioner, at Aurangabad.

ii.

Balance 50% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt of any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

iii.

CA for withdrawal of the amount is disposed of.
