Heard Mr. D.S. Bagul, learned advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. D.R. Kale, learned Government Pleader submits that the proposal for extension of the term of liquidator is forwarded by the Director of Commissioner of Cooperation to the State Government and the State Government would take decision upon it within six weeks.

Till the decision is taken by the State Government within six weeks as submitted by the learned Government Pleader, further steps regarding the cancellation of the license may not be
