PER COURT:- 1.

We have heard learned for the petitioner and Mr. Ingole, learned counsel for respondents. 2.

On 14.06.2018, we had observed that after the order was passed directing the petitioner to join at Gut Shikshan Office, Panchayat Samiti, Deglur, the petitioner is not paid salary till today. According to respondents the same was temporary arrangement made, now, the petitioner is nowhere.

Mr. Ingole, learned counsel has produced the communication issued by the Education Officer (Primary) to the Deputy Director of Education seeking permission to consider absorbing the

The respondents shall take up the said process and take steps to absorb the petitioner within a period of (03) three months from today. On absorption being made, the decision shall be taken expeditiously with regard to the payment of salary of the petitioner for the interregnum period. 5.

Respondents to take steps for absorption of the petitioner off line and place him in the list of surplus candidates to be absorbed as per its turn.

With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
