PER COURT :- This is an application for quashment of the order passed by the Registrar rejecting registration of the Writ Petitions on account of failure of the petitioner to remove office objection. Considering the contention raised in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed.

The order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the writ petition stands quashed and set aside.

The office objections be removed within six weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove office objections, the order passed in the instant Civil Application shall be recalled. Delay occurred in presenting the application stands condoned. The application stands disposed of.
