PER COURT :- Heard Mr. Murge learned counsel appearing for the applicants, Mr. Gaddime learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body and Mr. P.M. Kulkarni, learned AGP for the State. In view of the submissions made, following order is passed:

ORDER

(I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. Balance 50% of the amount be invested in the fixed deposit in any nationalized bank for the period till disposal of the appeals.

(II) Civil application stands disposed of.
