Both these Civil Applications have been filed by the appellant / original plaintiff seeking an early hearing in First Appeal No. 159 of 2011 alongwith First Appeal Nos.244 of 2011, 409 of 2011 and 411 of 2011, in the light of the order passed by the Honourable Apex Court dated 23.04.2012 in Civil Appeal Nos. 3720 and 3721 of 2012. 2.

We have heard learned Advocates for the respective sides. 3.

For the reasons set out in the Applications and keeping in view the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, these Civil Applications are allowed.
