Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for respondent.

Respondent in the application is stated to have made deposit of differential amount which is stated to be ` 60,000/- in this court in 2009 pursuant to the orders passed by this court in first appeal no. 285 of 2009.

Learned counsel for respondent fairly states that she has no objection to withdraw the amount as prayed for in view of decision in the first appeal.

In view of aforesaid, as prayed for in the application, the amount deposited in this court along with interest, if any, accrued on the deposited amount be transferred to the motor accident claims tribunal, Latur and from there, the applicants herein may be allowed to withdraw said amount upon proper identification.

Civil application is allowed accordingly and is disposed of.
