Mr. Shinde, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has placed on record the copy of the award dated December 14, 2022. According to him, in view of the fresh award in the matter, the issue canvassed is already redressed. 2.

According to him the direction needs to be issued to the respondents to release the amount of compensation. 3.

In view of the above, we dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondents to act on the award dated December 14, 2022 expeditiously, as the respondents are duty bound to pay the compensation within the statutory period.
