Applicants i.e. original claimants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs. 1,25,000/- out of compensation amount deposited by the insurance company. This shall be subject to applicants filing undertaking in this Court that such withdrawal will abide by final orders that shall be made in this appeal. 2.

However, the Registry is directed to transmit an amount of Rs. 1,25,000/- out of the amount deposited by insurance company to MACT, Dhule, within a period of 15 days from today, so that, applicants/claimants can withdraw the same amount from Dhule itself.
