The certificate issued under Section 33 c(1) and (4) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 (Exhibit-H) by the respondent no.3 is pending with the respondent no.2/Collector, Osmanabad since 13.03.2023.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.2 to take appropriate steps in accordance with law for recovery of the dues pursuant to the revenue recovery certificate. 3.
