Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

The applicants seek bail in Crime No.99 of 2024 registered with Kasoda Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act. 3.

Considering the antecedents and the stage of investigation, the Court declined bail to the applicant No.1 - Ganesh. Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application for him.

Leave granted. The application of applicant No.1 - Ganesh stands dismissed as withdrawn.

As far as applicant No.2 - Akash is concerned, the weapon has been recovered from him. The injured has suffered simple injury. He has no antecedents to his discredit. The material investigation against him is completed. Hence, he has been granted bail on conditions. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant No.2, Akash Hiraman Koli (Wagh), be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that (a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant should attend the concerned police station as and when called on written notice by the investigation officer till filing the charge sheet.
