Though the medical facility for the so called disease to the applicant is available with the Government Hospital, he wanted to take the treatment in private hospital. 2.

Under such circumstances, the bail may not be granted. However, he may be taken to the hospital of his choice on paying necessary charges of guards, if he wishes. 3.
