Perused the record. It appears that, by this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 17.06.2013, passed below Exhibits 81 and 86, in Regular Civil Suit No. 695 of 2008. This Court vide order dated 10.09.2013, issued notice and the ad-interim relief was granted as per the prayer Clause (D), which reads thus : " Pending hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, be further proceedings pending on the file of the Xth Civil Judge, Junior Division, Latur in R.C.S. No. 695 of 2008 be stayed in the interest of justice."

Thereafter, the matter was adjourned from time to time. By order dated 26.10.2015, this Court directed that it take steps against respondent Nos. 2 and 3, failing which, the interim relief shall be vacated. However, the petitioner failed to take steps and therefore,

935wp6842.13.odt again by order dated 03.12.2015, this Court passed an order to serve respondent Nos. 2 and 3, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed. Then, again on 16.09.2025, none appeared for the petitioner; therefore, the matter is kept for hearing today. However, on perusal of the status on CMIS of Regular Civil Suit No. 695 of 2008, Latur District, it appears that on 25.07.2019, the said suit was partly decreed. Thus, it seems that this petition becomes infructuous. In view of the above, as well as none appearing for the petitioner, the appeal stands dismissed as infructuous.
