The applicant prays for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed in default on account of non-removal of office objections. The applicant/petitioner has preferred the petition only on the ground that, when he was declared to be unfit for service, vide a medical certificate and had sought retirement on medical grounds, his request was not entertained. 2.
In view of the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed.

All office objections in the writ petition shall be removed, on or before 07/10/2022. Thereafter, the writ petition shall stand restored.
