Learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks to withdraw the Civil applications as well as first Appeal St. No. 6057 of 2017 on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and amount of compensation is paid to the applicants by the respondents. They have placed on record copy of the compromise purshis, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.

In view of the compromise between the parties civil application for condonation of delay as well as the first appeal stand disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the respondents on 1/2
