Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that in companion matter, this Court ( Coram: V.K.Jadhav, J.) vide order passed on 5th May, 2017, in Civil Application No.6437 of 2017 in F.A.No.3707/2016, permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 80 per cent of the deposited amount. Learned Counsel appearing for the acquiring body does not dispute correctness of the fact stated by the applicants, and submits for passing order on similar lines. Hence, the following order:
