Though petitioner's proposal has been pending with the respondent - scrutiny committee since 2017 and he seems to be in urgent need of the certificate to seek admission in the ongoing admission for M.B.A. There is nothing to demonstrate that he had taken timely steps to woke up the committee requesting it to decide the claim at the earliest.

We dispose of the writ petition requesting the committee to hear the petitioner on the point of urgency and make an endeavour to decide the proposal at the earliest.
