The respondents are served by the order of notice dated 27.9.2013. Shri Anjanwatikar and Shri A.V.Hon, oppose the application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 3678 days is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.3000/-. Order of abatement passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is set aside. 3.

Learned Advocate for the respondents graciously submits that the said costs be deposited with the Advocates Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within four weeks. Pursuant thereto, L.Rs. of respondent No.2 be brought on record. Costs therefore, be paid to the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within four weeks.
