The application is filed for permission to bring the legal heirs of appellant Dinkar Deshpande on the record. The application is filed in time. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that after filing of the present application, Smt. Shailaja, one of the legal heir of Dinkar is also died, but her legal heirs are on record as respondent Nos. 2 and 3 namely Dr. Ambaresh and Dr. Ashwini and they are to come on record and prosecute the matter. As application is in time, Dr. Ambaresh and Dr. Ashwini are allowed to come on record as legal heirs of deceased appellant. Amendment is to be carried out immediately. 1.
