The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have given application for pay fixation and payment of all consequential monitory benefits with respondent No. 2. Copies of representations are annexed to the petitions. 2.

Mr. Sangeet, learned advocate appears for respondent No. 2 and submits that respondent No. 2 would take decision on representations of the petitioners on it's own merits. 3.

In view of the fact that the representations are pending, the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon the representations filed by the petitioners for pay fixation and all benefits consequential as claimed in the representations on it's own merits and in accordance with the law expeditiously, preferably within four months. 4.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
