This application is filed challenging an order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dated 02.03.2020, refusing registration of the writ petition for non-removal of objections. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that now he is ready to remove all office objections. He submits that due to oversight the matter was not marked on the date on which it was listed in the cause list. He came to know about the impugned order only after the petitioner made inquiry about the writ petition. It is, thereafter, he came to know that the registration of the petition is refused. 02.

Since no notices were issued to the respondents and as none appears for the respondents, this Court finds that the delay can be condoned

( 2 ) ca12323.22 even without notice to other side. The delay of 171 days caused in filing this application is therefore condoned in the interest of justice. The Civil Application stands allowed subject to condition that the petitioner removes office objections within a period of four weeks from today.
