Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the petition is directed against an interim order an order which appears to be quite a reasoned one and I am not inclined to interfere with the writ petition on merits. The writ petition as such stands rejected.

The tribunal has considered it appropriate to expedite the hearing of the same, as such, the tribunal is expected to go ahead expeditiously in said proceedings. The petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate application in this respect. Hopefully, the tribunal will proceed with the matter and dispose of the same within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of this order.

Learned counsel Mr. Deshmukh, urges to direct disposal in six months, looking at that the other side is not before this court, twelve month period appears to be expedient as stated above and no alteration is required in the same.
