The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners have raised objection for the candidature of Shila Sarjerao Jadhav and other candidates. According to the learned Advocate, in the school record of the said Shila Sarjerao Jadhav caste is shown as Maratha and she has obtained the caste certificate of S.C. She is resident of Walmiknagar, Jalna and she has obtained false certificate of residence of Savargaon. The petitioners have raised objection within the stipulated period, however, no decision has been taken on it as yet.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondents no. 1 and 2.

As yet the objection of the petitioners is not decided. The respondents have also not proceeded further. If the respondents proceed further ignoring the objection of the petitioners then the petitioners may have some cause. At present, the petition is premature.

The petitioners may approach the authorities to prosecute their objection. In case, the objection of the petitioners is rejected and / or ignored and further steps are undertaken, then the petitioners may have cause to make a grievance. 5.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
