This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 08.03.2017 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Bench at Nagpur in Case No. OA(Ilu)/NGP/2012/0171.

The delay is of 32 days. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos.3 to 6, application seeking condonation of delay deserves to be allowed. In the interest of justice, the following order is passed:
