Mr.Surwase, learned counsel for acquiring body submits that the total amount under the award is 2,83,61,113/- (Rupees two crores eighty three lacs sixty one thousand one hundred thirteen only). On 5.1.2017, the acquiring body has paid an amount of Rs.1,42,00,000/- (Rupees one crore forty two lacs) with the SLAO and remaining amount would be paid within four (4) months. 3.

We accept the said statement. The amount which is deposited with the SLAO shall be paid to the petitioners.
