Mr. Sonawane, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that illegally the technical bid of the petitioner was rejected. It was stated that the petitioner did not satisfy the criteria of the minimum experience of Two-Way Transport. The learned Advocate submits that this Court at the Principal Seat has observed that even the total experience of One-Way Transport is sufficient.

Mr. Karlekar, learned A.G.P. appears for the respondent / sole and submits that the entire

2 wp 9893.2021 tender process has been re-called and fresh tender has been issued.

The entire tender process has been re-called, the impugned order would loose its efficacy. The petitioner may apply afresh as per the fresh tender.

In case the technical bid of the petitioner is not favourably considered it is for the petitioner to agitate it afresh; in that event, the contentions of the petitioner are kept open. 5.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
