The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are not releasing the vehicle seized by them. The JMFC, Georai in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 559 of 2018 under order dated 01.12.2018 directed release of the vehicle of the petitioner. The said order is also not complied by the respondents.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the authorities have no objection to release the vehicle in favour of the petitioner. The

2 wp 8966.19 vehicle is standing since long time. The petitioner may take steps to get the vehicle moving from the premises.

The learned JMFC, Georai in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 559 of 2018 dated 01.12.2018 has passed the following order - "

It would appear that the learned JMFC, Georai has also directed the Tahsildar to hand over the vehicle to the petitioner. The authority shall hand over the vehicle as detailed in the order of the learned JMFC, Georai dated 01.12.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 559 of 2018. The authority shall get all the documents executed as directed in the order of the JMFC, Georai to its satisfaction. The Tahsildar shall also confirm the ownership and the genuineness of the documents before releasing the vehicle.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
