Present application has been filed by claimants for getting the delay of 68 days condoned in filing first appeal for enhancement. 2.

Learned Advocate for respondent No.2-insurance company strongly opposes the application on the ground that the delay has not been properly explained.

Taking into consideration the fact that the claimant is 22 years old lady who intends to seek enhancement in the compensation, for the reasons stated in paragraph No.3, delay stands condoned.
