The Petitioner prays for a direction to the 'Adarsh Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha' to permit withdrawal of accumulated amount of Rs.25,418/-, deposited by the Petitioner. Further direction is sought to release the matured amount of Rs.14,19,500/-.

This Court cannot venture into exercising jurisdiction in such matters. If the said Patsanstha is in any financial difficulty, or if any steps are initiated against the said Patsanstha by the competent authorities under the provisions prescribed in

9312.23wp (2) law, the law would take it's own course and the Petitioner would voice his grievance before the said authority. 3.
