to some administrative difficulties appeal could not be preferred within the period of limitation and therefore delay has been occurred.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, delay of 630 days caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned. Civil applications for condonation of delay are allowed and accordingly disposed of. 4.

In appeal, issue notice to the respondents. Learned counsel waives notice for respondents-original claimants and learned AGP waives notice for respondent state. 5.
