Both the sides are present. They have produced on record copy of order made by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7824/2016 [Omprakash Sambhaji Yerme and ors. Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Ors.] with another matter decided on 31.1.2017. It appears that this Court gave direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representations filed by the petitioners on merits in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible.
