The Petitioner prays for a direction to the 'Adarsh Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha' to permit him to withdraw an amount of Rs.9,40,980/-, deposited by him. Further direction is sought to release the matured amount of Rs.6,44,571/- and the further matured amount of Rs.7,35,348/-. It is further prayed that the balance amount of Rs.5,09,983/- from the Savings Account, be returned to the Petitioner.

This Court cannot venture into exercising jurisdiction in such matters. If the said Patsanstha is in any financial

9118.23wp etc (2) difficulty, or if any steps are initiated against the said Patsanstha by the competent authorities under the provisions prescribed in law, the law would take it's own course and the Petitioner would voice his grievance before the competent authority. 3.
