The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.274 of 2024 registered with Karjat Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 504 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he assaulted the injured with hockey stick and due to blow, the hockey stick was broken in two pieces. However, the medical report shows that the injury caused to the injured was simple. He has been discharged from the hospital. The so-called weapon has been recovered. The applicant is a young boy of 23 years having no antecedents to his discredit. There are circumstances to consider the bail application. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, Vaibhav Somnath Shinde, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount in the above crime, on the conditions that; (a) The applicant should not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant should attend the police station as and when called on written notice by the investigation officer till filing the charge sheet.

(c) The applicant should stay away from Village Bhandewadi, Taluka Karjat for one month from the date of his release. (S.G. MEHARE, J.) Mujaheed//
