Present application has been filed for condonation of delay for five days. The applicant is in jail. He has been convicted in Sessions Case No.44/2018 by learned Sessions Judge, Osmanabad on 08.05.2023 after holding him guilty for committing an offence punishable under Section 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Though the original informant appears to have been made party to the application also, taking into consideration the duration of the delay, we use our discretion and for the reasons stated in the application the delay stands condoned.

Cri.Appln_2564_2023 Application stands allowed and disposed of.
