The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant had contacted him during the vacation but he was out of station, and after summer vacation applicant immediately approached him and it took time to prepare the second appeal, and therefore, delay is caused in filing the second appeal and it is not intentional or deliberate. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 60 days caused in filing the second appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
