This petition can be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to tender appropriate application to the District Level Committee constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015.

If the petitioner tenders application to the concerned Committee within a period of four weeks, the Committee may take appropriate decision in the matter or may issue appropriate instructions within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
