The Petitioner prays for a direction to the 'Adarsh Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha' to permit withdrawal of accumulated amount of Rs.1,16,835/-, deposited by the Petitioner. Further direction is sought to release the Agent Security Deposit of Rs.45,131/- from the said Patsanstha. It is further prayed that the balance amount of Rs.3,01,635/- from the Savings Account, be returned to the Petitioner.

This Court cannot venture into exercising jurisdiction in such matters. If the said Patsanstha is in any financial

9339.23wp (2) difficulty, or if any steps are initiated against the said Patsanstha by the competent authorities under the provisions prescribed in law, the law would take it's own course and the Petitioner would voice his grievance before the said authority. 3.
