The grievance of the petitioner is that the application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act filed by the petitioner is not decided since the year 2013.

In case, the application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent No.3, then the respondent No.3 shall decide it in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within nine months, ofcourse, if no appeal is filed against the award by the Reference Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act and relied by the petitioner for the purpose of application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
