The petitioner is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course. The petitioner is seeking direction against Respondent No.2 - Committee to decide the validation proceedings immediately. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the proceedings are pending at the stage of vigilance.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 14-09-2021.
