2] Mr.Sangle, learned counsel for the applicants - acquiring body, submits that the applicants could not deposit the amount as directed by this Court, in the present applications. He submits that now, however, a proposal has been moved for deposit of the amount.

3 11-ca671-10STAY.odt 3] In the circumstances, the interim stay granted earlier, to the execution of the impugned award, is hereby made absolute, on the condition that the applicants deposit the amount under the impugned award, together with up-to-date interest, within a period of twelve weeks. The applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of.

4] In case of failure to deposit the amount within prescribed period, the applications shall stand dismissed and the stay shall stand vacated, automatically, without further reference to the court.
