The Petitioner prays for a direction to the 'Adarsh Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha' to permit withdrawal of accumulated amount of Rs.3,29,465/-, deposited by the Petitioner. Further direction is sought to release the Fixed Deposit amount of Rs.1,35,000/-. It is further prayed that the balance amount of Rs.1,80,756/- from the Saving Account, be returned to the Petitioner.

This Court cannot venture into exercising jurisdiction in such matters. If the said Patsanstha is in any financial

9313.23wp (2) difficulty, or if any steps are initiated against the said Patsanstha by the competent authorities under the provisions prescribed in law, the law would take it's own course and the Petitioner would voice her grievance before the said authority. 3.
