The petitioner has put forth prayer Clause 'B' as under :- (B) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or directions in the nature of writ of mandamus thereby directing the respondents particularly Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide complainant/ representation dated 27/05/2022 in respect of refund of remaining amount of allotted sand spot at Wangi (Reti Ghat) closed by the police and Revenue Authorities before the allotted period up to 09.06.2022, and there is 5,450 Brass of sand remain to be lifted in view of the order/contract dated

WP 8863-2022 20.04.2022, within stipulated time, for that purposes issue necessary order/s.

The learned AGP who appears on behalf of all the respondents submits that the District Collector is the Chairman of a Committee which is to consider representations as like the one which has been tendered by the petitioner on 27/05/2022. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that if called upon, the petitioner would address the Committee.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The Committee which is headed by the District Collector, constituted under the Government Resolution dated 28/01/2022, would follow the due procedure laid down for deciding such representations/ grievances, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, on or before 10/11/2022.
