The Petitioner prays for a direction to the 'Adarsh Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha' to permit withdrawal of accumulated amount of Rs.9,90,559/-, deposited by the Petitioner. It is further prayed that the balance amount of Rs.1,25,586/- from the Savings Account, be returned to the Petitioner.

This Court cannot venture into exercising jurisdiction in such matters. If the said Patsanstha is in any financial difficulty, or if any steps are initiated against the said Patsanstha by the competent authorities under the provisions prescribed in

9319.23wp (2) law, the law would take it's own course and the Petitioner would voice his grievance before the said authority. 3.
