2.

The petitioner, who has been held entitled to have a certificate of validity by the order in Writ Petition No. 4047/2020, is facing a precarious situation. His certificate has been superimposed with a stamp indicating that it is a conditional validity, even when it ought to have been issued strictly in form 'G'. Now, the college, in which he could secure admission is insisting for having a fresh validity certificate in the prescribed form 'G'. 3.

The learned A.G.P., in presence of the Member Secretary of the respondent no. 2-scrutiny committee, submits that due to some technicalities, the committee has not been able to issue a fresh certificate but would be able to do so in a day or two.

4.

We accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court. Till the time respondent no. 2-committee issues the petitioner with a certificate in proper 1/2

909 WP 8101 OF 2024.odt form 'G' the certificate, which the petitioner possesses with the condition superimposed, shall be treated as a certificate of validity issued under the Act for all practical purposes.

5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
