None appears for petitioner. Petitioner is objecting to the interim order passed during the continuance of proceeding under section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act directing framing of charges against the erring office bearers of the cooperative societies. The order impugned is passed on 30.06.2014 and there is no interim relief granted since the date of the order till this date.

The interlocutory order passed during the continuance of proceeding under section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act need not be interfered in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. It would be open for the petitioner to raise challenge to the final order under section 88 of the Act, if it turns out to be adverse to the interest of the petitioner, before the appropriate forum.
