PER COURT :- The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner shows that his application/representation which was pending before the authority has been decided. He has grievance that the decision is not as per the entitlement and only part of the entitlement is allowed by the authority. In that case it is open to the petitioner to challenge the decision of the authority and nothing can be done in respect of that grievance in the present proceeding which was only for the direction to the authority to decide the representation/application. 2.
